Example: You paid $8.50 to have an order shipped to Litchfield, CT. It actually cost us $6.89 to ship this package to you. You could expect a refund of $1.61 within 24 hours. Purchases made with Credit Cards at checkout you will pay the rate as requested. If we determine you overpaid in shipping, we will simply issue a refund for the differences of $1.00 or more in what we paid to ship your package and what you paid for shipping at checkout, back to the payment method used at checkout, within 24 hours of your order being placed. Example #1: You paid $8.50 to have an order shipped to Litchfield, CT. It actually cost us $6.89 to ship this package to you. You could expect a refund of $1.61 within 24 hours. Example #2: You paid $8.50 to have an order shipped to Litchfield, CT. It actually cost us $8.00 to ship this package to you. No refund due. (Less than $1.00) This policy applies only to orders going to a single address within the contiguous United States. If we determine you underpaid in shipping, the difference is on us.
